The accommodation consists of total 28 Town Houses, built on the heritage of Arabian Architecture, two wings of wind tower, low rise buildings separated by a road. One wing overview the entire golf course, which will be green by mid of October 2005 with a partial sea view and the other wing is over viewing a garden and a partial sea view.
