Executive Chef, Stephen Carter creates tempting and delicious dishes using on the finest, seasonal produce sourced from local Welsh suppliers. His menu offers also offers a comprehensive selection of dishes with meats and fish from the grill.

MEETING FACILITIES: We have four meeting rooms, which can accommodate private dinner parties for up to 40 people or meetings for up to 45 people, theatre-style.

In addition we have two conference suites: the Dylan Thomas on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 270, theatre-style, and the more recently completed Roald Dahl on the first floor, which can accommodate 200, theatre-style. Both have their own dedicated pre-function areas and can be divided into two suites, if required. Access can be gained via a separate entrance at the front of the hotel which allows your guests quick and easy access to your events.
