This
hotel has 500 guestrooms, all of which are decorated with light
and dark woods, and are soundproofed. All rooms have wood furniture,
with cream walls and full-length drapes with views of the atrium,
the airport, or surrounding countryside. Guestrooms have cabinets
in contrasting light and dark woods with drawer space, desk lamps,
minibars, tea and coffee-making facilities, televisions, and
video game consoles. Large silver mirrors and framed prints adorn
the walls. Rooms also feature telephones, hairdryers, dial-up
Internet access (surcharge), bedside tables, safes, luggage racks,
wardrobes with full-length mirrors, irons, and trouser presses.

Ivoire - Decorated with black leather seating, dark wood chairs
and tables, and modern framed prints, this restaurant is
located on the podium floor just off the atrium and serves
a buffet English breakfast. It is closed for lunch except
by prior arrangement for conferences, but opens for dinner
with a traditional carvery serving meat and fish, a salad
and dessert bar as well as à la carte and table d’hôte
menus with modern European dishes. A children’s menu
is also available.
Café Montparnasse - Located on the podium floor and
looking out onto the atrium, this café-restaurant has
light wood flooring, black fabric and wood high-backed chairs,
and black marble-topped tables. Serves soups, salads and sandwiches,
pasta, fish, and steaks. There is also a children’s menu.
The Gatwick Oriental - Located at the far end of the atrium
on the podium floor, marble steps lead up to this light-wood
floored restaurant with metal-framed tables and metal and
basket weave chairs. It is a Chinese restaurant with an à la
carte and set menu.
The Atrium Bar - Located on the podium floor of the atrium,
this all-day bar has a Canadian cherrywood bar and leather
paneled walls with blue leather easy chairs and black marble-topped
tables, where guests can relax with a drink and a snack.
RBI’s Sports Bar - Open from Monday to Saturday this
is a sports bar decorated with a dark wood bar and leather
stools. Overlooking the atrium on the first floor, it has
a pool table and several televisions showing all major sporting
events.
The hotel’s conference facilities have a dark wood
paneled and blue carpeted reception area on the podium floor
of the atrium, with Internet access, televisions showing
news stations, and electronic meeting boards directing delegates
to the correct rooms. There are 19 meeting rooms in total
catering from two to 300 delegates theater style or 220 for
banquets. Decorated with cream walls and blue carpets and
chairs, these are fully air-conditioned with audio-visual
facilities, outward-facing windows with full length cream
and blue drapes. Drinks and cold food are served in the meeting
rooms whilst a break-out area is located out in the atrium.
The hotel’s restaurants are also available for conference
lunches.
The hotel’s health club is located on the ground floor.
Inside the club, guests and members can use the 10-meter
swimming pool, solarium and steam room as well as the cardiovascular
machines and weights in the gym. In the Indian-style treatment
rooms Tulsi offers waxing, facials, and massages.
