| The resort complex consists of seven hotels immersed in pine woods and gardens. The buildings, comprising of bungalows, are built in traditional Sardinian-style and designed to blend with the natural landscape.
Il Villaggio 4****
Partially hidden among hedges, palm trees and multicoloured flowers, the 175 bungalows of the Villaggio are divided into Doubles and Family Bungalows and all come with patios. Every bungalow features private bath with shower except the Family Bungalows, which come with a bathtub, air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, bar fridge and safe.
Doubles - room with two beds or one king-sized bed, bathroom with shower. It is possible to have an adjoining smaller double room (two beds in 'L' layout), also with shower. Guests can also have adjoining double rooms via the patio and can have a baby's crib provided.
Family Bungalow - consists of two separate areas; a bedroom with king-sized bed, air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone and bathroom with tub and shower. The adjoining living room has a sofa that folds out into two beds. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided. The Family Bungalows are recommended for families with two adults and two children under the age of 12. A fifth bed can be added (for a child), but it greatly reduces available space.

Family Bungalow Plus - composed by two interconnecting bungalows, with each one having a private bathroom with shower, all its own facilities, and a patio. One of the bungalows is smaller than the other and contains 'L'-shaped beds. This room is recommended for families with two adults and two children and has the advantage of separate facilities and entrances.
Il Villaggio guests are served breakfast at the side of the Oasis swimming pools, and the Pineta buffet restaurant is reserved for dinner.
Le Palme 4****
Not far from the seaside, the Le Palme's 137 bungalows offer two different types of accommodation, Doubles and Families, both of which come with patios. Almost all the bungalows feature private bath with shower (a few Doubles and all the Families come with a bath tub), air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, bar fridge and safe.
Doubles - room with two beds or one king-sized bed, bathroom with tub or shower. Some Doubles can have an adjoining smaller double room (two beds in 'L' layout).

La Pineta consists of three two-storey buildings situated in a peaceful part of the resort. Its 105 rooms, divided into Doubles and Families, feature a private bathroom with tub or shower, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, bar fridge and safe.
Double - first floor with balcony. Room with two beds or a king-sized bed, bathroom with tub and shower and a terrace shared with another room. In some cases, guests can have an adjoining third room. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided.
Triple - ground floor with patio. Room with two beds or a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom (most with a shower, some with a tub). There is a sofa bed in a separate area. In some cases, the room can be adjoining with another. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided.
Il Borgo - 4****
Situated on a hillside with a panoramic view, Il Borgo has reconstructed the look of the characteristic Sardinian seaside village, complete with a tiny town square. Each of the 67 spacious bungalows (Doubles, Triples, Families), with patio or terrace, features a private bath with tub and shower, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, bar fridge, safe, patio or balcony. Some bungalows are adjoining. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided.
Double / Triple - room with two beds or a king-sized bed, sofa bed and private bath with tub and shower. Some rooms are adjoining. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided.
Family - room with king-sized or two beds with adjoining area containing two additional beds. Upon request, a baby's crib can be provided.
The Bellavista restaurant is reserved for Il Borgo guests for both breakfast and dinner.
Hotel Castello - 5*****
Renowned for its peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and recognised as one of the best hotels on the Mediterranean, the Hotel Castello is situated near the seaside in a secluded corner of the resort.
There are eight different types of rooms, decorated in characteristically Sardinian style; Superior Pineta, Superior Garden, Superior Mare, Luxury B, Luxury A and, on the fourth floor overlooking an enchanting landscape, Luxury Roof, Junior Suite, and Suite. All 175 rooms / suites feature private bathroom with tub and shower (some also have a separate shower), air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, colour television with satellite channels, fridge bar and safe. A baby's crib or third bed can be provided upon request. There are also a number of adjoining rooms. The Royal Suite, on the 5th floor of the hotel, gives rise to a world of beauty with its private pool and spectacular view.
Superior Pineta - room with king-sized or two beds and a balcony overlooking the pine woods.
Superior Garden - room with king-sized or two beds and a balcony overlooking the garden.
Superior Mare - room with king-sized or two beds and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Superior Classic (Executive) - softly refurbished rooms, more spacious than the Superior Mare rooms, with balconies facing the sea. Rooms contain a divan bed that can be converted into a third bed, ideal for families of two adults and one child.
Double Luxury B - spacious, comfortable room with two king-sized beds and a terrace overlooking the sea or the pine woods.
Double Luxury A - very spacious, comfortable room with two king-sized beds, sitting room area and terrace overlooking the sea.
Double Luxury Roof - situated on the top floor, it features a bedroom, with a king-sized or two beds, that is raised slightly vis-à-vis the living room, through which guests access the terrace overlooking the sea.
Junior Suite - very spacious, comfortable room, with two king-sized beds, situated on the top floor. Features a sitting room area with sofa bed (can be used as third bed) and a splendid terrace overlooking the Sardinian seaside or our fabulous pine woods.
Villa del Parco 5*****
An exclusive atmosphere and personalised service for all 25 luxury rooms (Doubles) and the 22 adjoining luxury bungalows (Doubles and Triples), set amongst splendidly manicured gardens and peaceful pine woods. The Villa del Parco is situated alongside the 'Thermae del Parco' Wellness Centre and is just a short distance from the sea.
Double Luxury Room - a splendid room, with two double or king-sized beds, a balcony or patio that looks onto lush tropical gardens.
Triple Luxury Bungalow - a spacious bungalow, with king-sized or two beds, made up of two separate areas. The living room's two sofas can be turned into a third and fourth bed. The private terrace is a wonderful place for a garden breakfast, a romantic dinner, or just to relax.
Double Luxury Bungalow - a spacious bungalow, with king-sized or two beds. Here, too, the private terrace is a wonderful place for a garden breakfast, a romantic dinner, or just to relax in the midst of the park's lush greenery.
Villa del Parco guests are served breakfast at Il Patio, while the Belvedere restaurant, renowned for its refined cuisine, fine wines and superlative service, is reserved for dinner.
Le Dune 5*****
Situated near the sea, in an exclusive part of the resort, Le Dune features 42 luxurious bungalows and five suites, with a patio and garden. Some of the bungalows have a sitting room and sofa that, upon request, may be turned into a third bed.
Cala del Forte 5*****
Four stunning suites situated in a uniquely splendid position. Each suite welcomes its guests with an anteroom that, when needed, can open onto the adjoining suite, so as to form a single 400 square metre apartment! The marvellous terrace overlooks the sea and is the ideal spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to sip a glass of chilled white wine at sunset, before a romantic, candlelit dinner. The bedroom, with two queen-sized beds, and the bathroom, equipped with whirlpool tub and shower, are raised slightly, vis-à-vis the elegant living room.
Boat House Beach & Terrace and Beachcomber 5*****
In a secluded corner of the resort, immersed in the million different shades of a private tropical garden, exist eight spectacular adjoining suites, to go with the four at the Cala del Forte. Each suite boasts a magnificent sea-front terrace, where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, or sip a glass of chilled white wine at sunset, before a romantic, candlelit dinner. There is a private solarium above each apartment, which can be accessed via an outside staircase. The bedroom, which comes with two sumptuous queen-sized beds, and the bathroom, equipped with whirlpool tub and shower, are raised slightly vis-à-vis the elegant living room. Boat House guests have a discreet butler at their disposal and can access the nearby freshwater swimming pools, which are reserved for guests of our five-star hotels, directly from the beach.
Suite guests are served breakfast in the Hotel Castello's Cavalieri restaurant, while the Is Arenas restaurant is reserved for dinner, a highly refined menu served on a sea-front terrace.
Hotel Castello Suites 5*****
Hotel Castello Suites, on the Hotel Castello's fourth floor, the luxury and simplicity of Sardinian furniture, the comfort and intimacy of its five exclusive rooms, come together in the Presidential Suite. Both the bedroom and living room lead onto a spacious terrace, where there is a large jacuzzi whirlpool bath and attractive wood furniture, looking out onto one of the most reserved corners of the resort. On the same floor, at the end of the east and west wings, the light colours and spaciousness of the Nora Suite and Chia Suite are nestled in a splendid natural setting, with pine woods and a stupendous view of the sea. The Nora Suite is linked internally and via the terrace (which also has a second whirlpool bath) with an adjoining 'Luxury Roof' room.

The village is not suited for disabled guests. It is advisable to contact the village directly in each case as none of the individual properties have been modified to accommodate people with disabilities. |
