Sunday brunch is available from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

Cascades Celebrity Lounge Open from 5pm, six nights a week, this plush lounge specialises in cocktails and offers a full range of Cuban cigars, boutique beers and Australian wines plus live entertainment Monday to Friday from 6pm and on Saturdays from 9:30pm.
