LOCATION: The KARIBEA AMANDIERS RESORT is a deluxe hotel complex that groups the Amandiers, Amyris and Caribia hotels. Situated on the way to the market town of Sainte Luce, it is bordered by two white sandy beaches with white sand. Our hotel complex is right beside two white sandy beaches, near Sainte Luce with its fishermen and its seaside restaurants. The Trois-Rivières distillery is situated in an area of historic interest in the middle of the sugar cane plantations. The Montravail forest, 5 km from the centre of Sainte Luce, where one can take part in sports and walks and admire the rocks that were engraved by the Caribbean Indians.

Junior Suites Amyris - 27 units of an area of 30 m2 + terrace. The room is equipped with one 160 x 200 bed, and the living area with a 120 x 190 sofa-bed. All the units have two bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin. The rattan and ceruse wood furniture is matched with upholstery fabrics in generous shades. 6 rooms with two 90-cm beds + Sofa. 21 rooms with one 160-cm double bed + sofa.

Junior Suites with Kitchenette Amyris - 45 units identical to the Junior suite. Including 4 rooms for the disabled with the addition of a fully equipped kitchnette (fridge, hot plates, kitchen ustensils) on the terrace. 10 rooms with two 90-cm beds + sofa-bed consisting of 2 single beds in the living-room (1 for disabled). 35 rooms with one 160-cm double bed + sofa-bed consisting of 2 single beds in the living-room (3 for disabled).

Appartments Caribia - 75 units of 45 m2 with a large 12 m2 terrace, furnished in rattan and equipped with one bathroom with shower and a fully fitted kitchenette (fridge, hot plates, kitchen utensils) on the terrace.
61 apartments with a 140-cm double bed in the bedroom and a hideaway sofa-bed consisting of two single beds in the living room. 14 apartments with two 90-cm beds in the bedroom and a hideaway sofa-bed consisting of two single beds in the living room.

Situated close to the Amandiers swimming pool, the restaurant seats 160. The contemporary cuisine offered is of Creole inspiration, presented buffet style or in the form of à la carte or menu. This service is opened from 6.30 am to 10.00 am for breakfast from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm for dinner.

"The Pelican"
The Pelican restaurant, with its opening on to the swimming pool, the sea and the garden of the Amyris hotel, seats 120, 50 of which are in the air-conditioned restaurant. This service is opened from 6.45 am to 9.45 am for breakfast, from 12.30 pm to 1.45 pm and from 7.30 pm to 9.45 pm for dinner.

"Les Iles"
Opened to the Caribia swimming pool. It welcomes clients only for breakfast from 7.00 am to 10.00 am (may be closed in low season).

Bar "Le Barril de Rhum"
Situated close to the Amandiers swimming pool. It is opened from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm.

Bar the "Pelican"
Situated at the entrance to the Pelican restaurant. This bar is opened from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm and from 6.30 pm to 11.00 pm.
