ACCOMMODATION: The hotel has 82 rooms and 5 suites, fully air-conditioned; they have a view of the mountains or on the two swimming pools embedded within exotic gardens. All rooms are equipped with a shower and/or a bath.

Satellite TV, long distance phone, and Internet access and in room safes complete the equipment of bedrooms and suites. In addition the suites have a refrigerator. Each room is elegantly decorated with a blend of Haitian art, crafts and furniture, as well as with modern and antique objects and furniture.

RESTAURANT & BAR: The CONTINENTAL RESTAURANT and BAR is open every day from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. A delicious Haitian and Continental cuisine is served in a relaxed atmosphere; the menu also includes recipes convenient for dieters.

The RESTAURANT Le GOURMET with its outstanding mahogany English Pub style bar is open every evening, except Mondays, from 4 pm to midnight. It is decorated with a delicate mixture of contemporary and old furniture, objects and paintings both from Haiti and other countries. The menu is exotic or French and will appeal to the most delicate palates.

The LOBBY BAR, our cocktail lounge right after the living area opens from 5 to 11 pm. The POOL BAR, a sunken bar in the swimming pool and under a fountain as well as outside the pool, opens only on Sundays or by special request

FITNESS CLUB: In addition to the Body Building machines, the "EL RANCHO HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB" has a Gymnastic room which offers aerobic, stretching, Tae Bo, Yoga and Tai Chi classes. It opens from 6 am to 8 pm on Mondays thru Saturdays and from 8 am to 6 pm on Sundays and closes on holydays. One tennis court, two swimming pools, a sauna and massage room and body/beauty treatments will add to your relaxing experience.

BALL ROOM DANCING : classes are available on site and a Ball Room Dancing party with D.J. entertains guests every Friday nights at the Flamboyant Room.

The CASINO, managed by Mr. Firmin Leriche, is open every day from 5 pm to 4 am. You can play Black Jack, Roulette, Jack Pots at leisure. A VIP room is available for players who desire more intimacy.

CONFERENCE & BANQUETING FACILITIES: The three Conference Rooms named : Eureka, Bellevue and Flamboyant have seminars, conference and banquet facilities and can respectively accommodate 30 to 150 persons; receptions in the Flamboyant room when including the swimming pool area, can accommodate 300 persons.
