| The Sheraton features 316 tastefully
appointed guest rooms, 12 Executive Suites, and two Club Levels.
All the hotel's 316 Standard guest rooms are brand new, featuring
luxurious hardwood furnishings, plush Sweet Sleeper Beds, oversized
desks with ergonomic chairs, and the latest in-room amenities including
connectivity via high-speed internet accesss, dataports or Web
TV. Each room offers individual climate control and cable television
with pay-per-view movies, Nintendo, and complimentary HBO. A limited
number of smoking rooms and rooms for travelers with disabilities
are available upon request.

For meetings and specials events,
the Sheraton University City has 11,500 square feet of flexible
meeting space. Our full-service catering facilities can accommodate
groups from 2 to 400. For those high level gatherings where
privacy is a must, the executive boardroom is a popular choice.
Of course, being away from home does not mean you have to
give up being in shape. The fitness center, located on the
7th floor, is open with key card access 6:30am to 10:00pm
everyday and features, elliptical bikes, stairmasters and
treadmills. The seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck is open
Memorial Day to Labor Day annually. The pool is on level
P.
The Sheraton University City is also your office away from
home. The self-service business center, which is located
in our Lower Lobby, is complete with fax, printing and computer
services. High-speed wireless internet is accessible in the
main lobby complimentary.
Enjoy a steaming cappuccino, iced coffee, or fruit smoothie
at Java Concepts, located off the main lobby. Also adjacent
to the lobby is Roses Florist, with the city's freshest and
sweetest smelling selection of fresh flowers. The Something
Special Gift Shop, in the main lobby, offers everything you
would expect from the Sheraton including a little something
special for someone at home. For your convenience, Enterprise
Rent A Car offices are on 36th Street, adjacent to Marathon
Embroidery, which features custom silkscreened and embroidered
clothing.
