Cascada Restaurant - Dine at the Cascada restaurant, where tranquil melodies of a waterfall pool and views of the tropical gardens create the perfect ambiance for an intimate meal. Choose a table indoors under a hand-painted ceiling, surrounded by marble-paneled walls or outdoors on the terrace, in the open air under a canopy. Reservations recommended. Shizu Restaurant - While you dine on exquisite Japanese cuisine, enjoy the serenity of the Japanese garden terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows in the green marble dining room. Dishware from Japan and lacquered furniture complete the Japanese motif. Artistically prepared Japanese cuisine from Teishoku to table-side Teppanyaki as well as a Sushi Bar, Shizu offers meals that reflect many Japan’s cooking styles. With its wide array of choices, the menu features cuisine that emphasizes fresh ingredients and visual appeal. Chef Yoshioka’s culinary skills are on display as he prepares meals directly in front of diners in Shizu’s private Teppanyaki room. Cafe Du Monde - Café Du Monde is a romantic hideaway restaurant reminiscent of the dining terraces found in the villas of Southern France and Italy. The restaurant offers inviting views of the tropical gardens, and a swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. Mediterranean cuisine with an island flair. Chef James Tseny signature dishes include Thai Bouilliubaise, Maryland Crab cakes and New York Cheese cake for dessert. Located on the first floor of the hotel.
